o    Eligibility and coverage of new clients.

o    Claims status.

o    Pre-certification.

·         Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

·         Payroll: estimate and reimbursement checks for associates in practice.

·         Monthly receipts, Keeping track of Clients' copays, and filing.
