[Fredslist] CPA in NYC meeting specified criteria needed for start-up business

Although I know many CPAs, rather than rely on my memory and possibly
partial knowledge, I'm putting this out to the listserv.  

 

My daughter's close friend and colleague Amanda is setting up a new business
with a partner.  She/they need a CPA who fits the following criteria: 

 

 

-- Experience and interest in assisting small start-up businesses 

 

-- Within the 5 boroughs of NYC 

 

-- A professional who is willing to have an initial in-person,
get-to-know-you meeting on a complimentary basis, and then is willing and
able to handle most matters thereafter electronically 

 

-- Small firm (a handful of professionals) or sole practitioner, with a
modest cost structure affordable for a start-up 

 

-- Experience and interest in small biz based in NY that do business
internationally (e.g., Costa Rica, etc.)
