[Fredslist] my wife needs a doctor to help with running issues

Folks,

 

My wife Victoria, who has run several NYC marathons (as part of Fred's team
- not our Fred though) has been having leg pain for the last several months.
She has already been to a neurologist who thought it might be due to scarred
nerves but the medicine he recommended didn't work.

 

She also has had both back and pelvis mris done but they came back negative.
She was also told it might be fibroids, but after an ultrasound, that was
ruled out.

 

She is looking for a recommendation for either a sports medicine doctor who
has experience with runners or another neurologist.

 

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
