Dr. Silberstein is the Executive Director of the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education, a non-profit agency she founded in 1977.  On Thursday February 6th she will be giving a FREE presentation entitled “Fight Cancer with Your Fork!” Learn the latest on diet and cancer prevention, diet and cancer survival, and the best foods and beverage for fighting cancer.  Dr. Silberstein will teach us how to create an inner environment unfriendly to cancer.
