[Fredslist] Tenant's Rights Lawyer Needed to Stop Illegal Renovations

Hi Gotham and Happy New Year!

Need help for a friend and her neighbors please --

Illegal renovations are being done on a brownstone building, and very thick dust is constantly sent into every apartment.
Each apartment has so much dust that it looks like Ground Zero days after 9/11.
The landlord is ignoring the tenant's complaints, and not only are the apartments un-inhabitable, but it is not healthy for anyone to live there and breathe the dust.
Furniture and clothing has been ruined and every apartment needs heavy duty cleaning.

Need a tenants-rights lawyer with strong muscles to get things done fast!
Ideally this could be taken on contingency, but if not, all referrals are appreciated as maybe the tenants can raise funds to pay the lawyer.
Goal is to have renovations stopped immediately, and then have landlord clean apartments and pay for damages.
