Once again, Ken Stuart and Marty Klein had a group of interesting, 
talented people assembled for the Dinner Group: seasoned Dinner Group 
members (though we didn't nibble on them) to circuit riders like me to 
fresh fish. And Jayne Latz served admirably as Erin Ardleigh's stand-in. 
One of the Dinner Group's newer members is Alan Kreit, Home Mortgage 
Specialist at Citibank, and it turns out he is a natural Gothamite!  I 
asked Alan a question that I thought was at least close to his area of 
expertise. Alan was very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient in his 
explanation. Thank you again and welcome to the tribe, Alan!
