[Fredslist] Importing from China, Taxes & Fees?

Good morning Gotham,

I'd like to import an inexpensive product from China, but don't know how much the importing taxes and fees might be.
The person in China has no idea what these costs will be.

Does anyone import anything from China and could advise the percentage I might pay on importing maybe $500-2000 worth of products?
Or does anyone know how to easily find out this information?
