I saw the report on this on WABC tonight - - It was great.  It's so sad that
Tony Yarbough lost so much time to this miscarriage of justice, but so
wonderful that Phil and lawyers like him not only knew what to do to help,
but helped.

Phil has done a real mitzvah with this one.

Congrats Phil!!!!
