[Fredslist] position available for special needs/T&E lawyer

Falcon & Singer P.C. is seeking a part-time associate
with at least 3–5 years’ experience to join our White Plains office.

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the
following areas: trusts & estates, special needs planning and guardianship for
individuals with disabilities.

Work may include the following:

Trusts & Estates – Drafting of
estate planning documents, preparation for and conducting meetings with
clients, analysis of client information and development of an estate plan
(including tax considerations), preparation of probate petitions and related
documents, and estate administration matters.

Special Needs – Special needs
planning, drafting special needs trusts, counseling families on available
benefits, and preparing petitions and supporting documentation for, and meeting
with families and court appearances in connection with, obtaining guardianships
for persons with disabilities.

New York admission required. In addition, New Jersey or
Connecticut admission would be desirable. Excellent academic credentials,
verbal, written and interpersonal skills, and administrative, managerial and
negotiating skills required. 

Compensation will be based on a number of factors including
(among others) experience, training needs and time availability.
