[Fredslist] Looking for Qualified Attorney

Good client of mine is seeking an attorney/firm knowledgeable about bringing a large Whistleblowing cause of action with respect to NYC and its RFP process in a particular area of the City's technology.  Attorney should know Whistleblowing Statute, suits against municipalities - NYC, and be interested in potential huge share of proceeds - read that as requiring a contingent fee relationship with the client.

Anyone know of this lawyer type or firm?
