Gothamites,

As many of you know I have been working with a school for orphans in Ghana for about 5 years now.
Last year I embarked on a tumultuous journey know as the 501c3 application process, and my trusted guide was the one, the only Susan Zinder, a tireless advocate and true professional. Susan showed the patience of a Tibetan monk with me and with the IRS, and we walked around many bureaucratic and syntax-filled landmines in order to hit the proverbial pay dirt - 501c3 status!!

This not only means that all future donations made by Gothamites and non-Gothamites can be tax deductible from now on but that we can also get matching gifts from all your generous employers, and last but not least.....we can be considered for the Summer of Giving!!! already have a mortgage loan originator license or have experience in a
