[Fredslist] A request for Gotham lawyers (or bankers?) re foreclosure documents

Dear Gotham,

 

My client is trustee of his parents' revocable trust; the only asset in the
trust is their house in Georgia.  Both parents are now deceased; the house
is empty.  My client hasn't been able to sell the house for enough to pay
off the mortgage.

 

My client has stopped making the mortgage payments, and Chase has
accelerated the loan and now wants to foreclose.

 

Can someone take a look at the documents Chase has sent to him to sign
(e.g., an Acknowledgment of Transfer Agreement) to be sure that he's not
taking on any personal liability for the shortfall?
