Rather than replying individually to the thousands of questions that have come in, I thought I would address them here...

Truth: You want to be there by 7:30.  If you don't buy a ticket in advance  there will be a line to get in.

Rumor: Adam won't be wearing a shirt.

Truth: Lots of entrepreneurs will be there.

Rumor: Simon Cowell will be there. (What a buzz kill that would be.)

Truth: We are playing some of the favorites from last time and some new tunes.

Rumor: Gregg will be on his Blackberry checking commodity prices in Japan while playing the encore.

Truth: Buying a ticket in advance will give you enough time to get another drink at the bar.

Truth: We hope to see you there (no other gigs scheduled for 2013).

Truth: You can forward this email and tell your friends to meet you.

Trying to set the record straight:

Truth: Fantastic People is playing at Sullivan Hall (Rock Steady goes on immediately afterwards)

Rumor: Bruce Springsteen is likely to show up

Truth: You can go for $10 (plus small service charge)

Rumor:  Fantastic People is doing a death metal set

Truth: You should buy tickets in advance

Rumor: There is an after party that starts at 1AM (at least not that I know of)

Truth: a lot of people from Fair Lawn & SUNY Albany, along with NYER readers, will be there

Truth: Jeff Harris, Adam Chernichaw and Gregg Fisher are, indeed, in the band

Truth: you should come for music, drinks and maybe some networking

Truth: you can bring friends

Where: Sullivan Hall, 214 Sullivan St., Manhattan
When: 9/26 - get there by 7/7:30
