Welles Remy Crowther (May 17, 1977 ? September 11, 2001) was an equities
traderknown for saving at least a dozen lives during the September 11
attacks in New York City, during which he lost his own life.

According to his parents, he died doing what he loved and scores of people
are   not only alive today because of it but able to bring a new generation
forward from it.  Welles heroism invested in the generations to come for
strangers and friends alike.  His stamp on NY, on history, and in the future
lives.

I have a two bedroom (sleeps 4 adults in 2 Master Bedrooms and there is a
fold out sofa bed in the living area for 6 total occupants), 3 bath condo
Unit/Timeshare at the Club Regina (attached to Westin Hotel) in Puerto
Vallarta (Marina Location) for December 21, 2013 through December 28, 2013.
There is daily housekeeping services, great beach and pools, hot tubs on the
balcony of each bedroom, cable, wireless internet, kitchenette, living area,
dining area, etc.  You can view it on line.  Puerto Vallarta has great
restaurant, things to do, very reliable gorgeous weather, and the walk to
the Marina, across the street, is filled with restaurants and shops (and
some huge vessels).

The week is a Holiday Week.  If interested let me know.  Price is $3500 for
the week.  By comparison, a single room at the Hotel is $560 per night.

The stands around the football field at Jonathan Law High School were packed
today, and not only because it is the 12th anniversary of the attacks at the
World Trade Center and the Pentagon, and the foiled attempt that crashed in
Pennsylvania. Today this high school in Milford Connecticut held a
remembrance of the three Milford residents who died that day and the great
good deeds of Welles Remy Crowther.

I admit it - I don't usually attend 9/11 memorials. I remember those I knew
who died that day, and those who I didn't know, in a private way.

But I went to this event because of Jefferson Crowthers, a Gotham member and
an all around great guy. If you have not had the unmistakable pleasure of
meeting him, you darn well should. He is funny and fun and, well, simply
adorable. For those not acquainted with the story of how Jeff's son Welles
saved at least 12 people and lost his own life in the fires and hell of
World Trade Center, step away somewhere and watch this video from 2 years

Here is the announcement for today's event, followed by a few phone-photos I
took this morning:

Day of Remembrance, Reflection and Community Service at Jonathan Law High
School.

An opening ceremony is scheduled for 8 a.m. Wednesday at the Lansdale Avenue
school. There are several goals in holding the city's official ceremonies at
Jonathan Law, which include:

.         To educate our students about 9/11.

.         To encourage our students to get involved in community service
activities in the area.

.         To raise money for the Welles Remy Crowther Charitable Trust.

Crowther was a heroic victim of Sept. 11 and his family has created a
charitable trust dedicated to serving young people throughout the country.
Jonathan Law has been a beneficiary of this charity's generosity.

The school will run on a special schedule, which will include a "Red Bandana
Walk" in honor of Crowther and others lost 12 years ago. In addition to the
opening ceremony, the public is also invited to attend the walk.

Hello Gothamites, 

I just want to take a minute to say how wonderful Rona Gura and her whole
team is, and let everyone know that if they are ever in a situation where
they need a divorce lawyer, there should be no question of who to call. 

Just to give you some background, I have unfortunately been put  in charge
of my Mother-in-Law's divorce. Don't ask how or why, I just am.  She chose a
lawyer 2 1/2 years ago, on a recommendation, that has shown not to be the
right fit. We have all come to have many questions about what he was doing
and where do we go for answers. 

Then, I was blessed to have met Rona while I was riding the circuit this
summer, and she offered me the "Gotham" free consult. I won't bore you with
all the gory details, but my MIL finally agrees to meet with her,  with only
4 business days left before a court date. Rona found time in her busy
schedule to fit us in (between Labor day and the Jewish holiday's mind you)
and give us all of the right things to ask, look for, and an action plan for
me to take. 

I wish that we had been able to have retained Rona from the beginning,
because I truly believe this experience, bad as it always is, would have
been much less stressful. 

If you need Council for a divorce, there is no alternative, call Rona and
her team. They are awesome. I only wish I had know that sooner! Thank you
Rona.
