[Fredslist] Puerto Vallarta for XMas Week?

I have a two bedroom (sleeps 4 adults in 2 Master Bedrooms and there is a fold out sofa bed in the living area for 6 total occupants), 3 bath condo Unit/Timeshare at the Club Regina (attached to Westin Hotel) in Puerto Vallarta (Marina Location) for December 21, 2013 through December 28, 2013.  There is daily housekeeping services, great beach and pools, hot tubs on the balcony of each bedroom, cable, wireless internet, kitchenette, living area, dining area, etc.  You can view it on line.  Puerto Vallarta has great restaurant, things to do, very reliable gorgeous weather, and the walk to the Marina, across the street, is filled with restaurants and shops (and some huge vessels).

The week is a Holiday Week.  If interested let me know.  Price is $3500 for the week.  By comparison, a single room at the Hotel is $560 per night.
