Thanks in advance for identifying candidates that fit the job description attached. If I had to summarize.....
Looking for individual who has Start up experience, has raised capital in past, has an outgoing and captivating personality and had experience in managing people. Most importantly is at a stage in life where they are willing to take a risk where for the initial 2-4 months while the next raise of capital must be made and take no salary, (sweat equity). However, they will get vesting option shares in the company worth 8-10% of the company. The individual must be ready to pull up their sleeves and be a chief, cook and bottle washer as the company goes from early stage to a more mature business over the next few years.
