[Fredslist] Need a small conf room for a closing in Manhattan

Could anyone lend me a small conference room and use of a copier, preferably on the West side, to do an all cash closing for older clients in NYC selling a studio condo in November/December. Two buyers, two sellers, two attorneys and a title closer. 
Should take an hour. (I know, that may just jinx it.)
