Greetings along the network. The company my wife works for is looking to hire a customer service associate. Here is a brief description of the position. 

Touchpoint Solutions (a service partner of Astra Zeneca) is looking to hire a passionate and experienced Customer Service Associate.  The CSA role is a non-selling, non-detailing position. You will be responsible for, but not limited to provide samples, managed care information, stand-alone marketing materials related to product and/or disease state, as well as patient and/or physician education information to targeted physicians and office staff. The opportunity available is in the lower Manhattan south territory which is part of the New York City District.
