[Fredslist] Puerto Vallarta at Westin's Club Regina for Xmas?

We have a two bedroom, sleeps up to 6, 3 bathroom, double balcony unit with spas on the balcony, reserved for the week of Saturday December 21 through Saturday, December 28, 2013.  This Unit is at the Marina area of Puerto Vallarta, associated with the Westin Hotel, and called Club Regina (go to the website to review)  and includes daily maid service, fully equipped kitchen, living area, dining area, and wireless internet, etc.  The building is on the waterfront of the Bay of Puerto Vallarta. There are huge numbers of activities to do here, it is a great vacation spot, and the restaurants in the Puerto Vallarta area outstanding.  The weather for that time of year is reliably terrific, 80s, and the pools clean, large and beautiful with chaise lounges, everything.   We have gone to the unit for over 15 years and love it but, this year, we are going in March to take our granddaughter.

I am seeking $2500 for the week.  A single grand suite one bedroom hotel unit at the same Westin, for that week, is in the range of about $500 per night.
