Director of Membership Development

This is a key management position for the Managed Long Term Care Department with a specific focus on membership growth and development. This includes but not limited to overseeing and directing; product lead generation, product marketing and pre enrollment activities, referral management, and strategic provider partnership development and management. Develop and implement membership and outreach strategy for recruitment of new members and retention of current members. Must have MLTC experience. 10 years progressive leadership in Health Care required.

Director of Special Populations – Clinical Operations

The Director, SPCO will work with the Product Lead and Director of Clinical Program Development for Special Populations to establish clinical vision and determine best how to enable it. Once built, the Director, SPCO will be responsible for ensuring the program meets performance objectives and population care goals. Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification preferred. Registered Nurse with minimum ten years clinical experience and a current New York State license required. Minimum of five years of managed care experience working with and managing dual eligible populations required.

Director of Special Populations – Clinical Development

The DCPD will work with the Product Leads in establishing clinical vision; setting segment strategy, determining clinical solutions to the government’s needs, and ensuring design exceeds government requirements. The DCPD will be critical in leading the research, design and build of infrastructure to deliver high quality care management and service for the distinct populations served. Masters clinical degree required. Minimum 10 years’ experience building and operating clinical programs in a managed care setting required.

Director, Network Development Lead

Determine network strategy for Special Populations (e.g. frail and elderly, those with developmental disabilities, behavioral health issues and people who are institutionalized) including composition, service model, and contracting. Ensure consistency and synergy with broader EmblemHealth network strategy. Minimum 10 years project, applied analytical, and operations experience required. Experience in government-sponsored health care required.
