By a Turkey fryer....3 minutes a pound at 375...gets turkey out of oven and
usually the men out of the house!...juiciest Turkey you will ever eat...

How much time?
I have 2 13lbs turkeys to roast. Do I treat it as 1 big turkey at 15-20 min
per lbs for planning? Do I cook it based upon 13lbs or mid way between?
