[Fredslist] seek sensory marketing company.

Sensory marketing is used primarily in retail or other customer driven experiences.

It means appealing to more than one sense, so not only sight but also any of the other senses in combination.

So if you are designing an office you would not only want it to be visually branded ie color, furnishings, art on walls, but you would consider how the office smells, the feel of the furnishings, the sounds - acoustics are super important etc., how your coffee tastes.

Another example would be perfume samples. You would want to ensure a luxurious effect - a lovely smell, a great card stock and a beautiful logo and look to it.

Sensory marketing is about creating a customer experience.

Hope that helps, Kelly!

Kind regards,
Catherine Avery
