[Fredslist] Seeking New Jersey attorney to represent commercial tenant

Requesting recommendation and referral to an experienced  local New Jersey
attorney to defend a client of 

mine in a commercial landlord/tenant nonpayment proceeding now pending in
Hudson County, NJ returnable 

in the Superior Court on December 3rd. Attorney must also be able to
prosecute a claim against the landlord 

for very extensive property damage sustained by tenant by reason of
landlord's failure to repair the leaking

roof which is the reason for its not paying rent. Additional details will be
provided to a local NJ attorney able

to handle these matters.
