One of my closest friends in the world, an attorney,  is moving back to NY and looking for a job, either as an in-house regulatory/compliance/litigation/government affairs type position.
He would also consider working for a stellar firm preferably white collar litigation work.
His resume speaks for itself, but Mike was Valedictorian of our high school, graduated at the top of his class at Notre Dame and Fordham Law, and current works as the Assistant U.S. Attorney in the southern district of Florida.
