[Fredslist] passing of a legend

Gotham,
7 years ago I was lucky enough to receive a call from Chef Charlie Trotter asking if I was interested in designing his Las Vegas restaurant, Restaurant Charlie. I said yes we designed and built the project, as a result my life was forever changed.  I will be eternally grateful for the opportunity that he provided to me that day.  I was saddened to find out about his passing yesterday, an international food legend, and a true Chicago character. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
