[Fredslist] contract atty needed for federal court or CA court

Hi All, I have a referral client who is not a US  citizen or resident and lives out of the country.  He wants to sue on a loan contract.  The borrower lives in San Francisco, and I am wondering if you know anyone either in CA or here that would be able to represent him
