[Fredslist] tax filing question

It turns out that our taxes got hang up with the clearinghouse and our
accountant didn't follow up.  Long story short, our taxes just got filed
yesterday.  

I would like to know, in light of overpayments and related refunds, if we
have any late filing fees, penalties, etc.
