[Fredslist] Divorce Attorney Needed

A friend of mine is an experienced litigator practicing in Illinois who is
licensed to practice in NY, but hasn't practiced in NY in a while.

He has a client who is separated from her husband but until recently they
filed joint tax returns.  The spouse is continuing to pile up debts and the
client is concerned she may be held responsible.  My friend would like to
consult with a divorce attorney about separating his client's finances from
those of her husband, and whether there is a way that she can announce to
credit card companies, medical providers, etcŠ that she will only be
responsible for her own debt.

If you know someone who can help my friend advise his client please let me
know and I will pass their name and info onto my friend
