[Fredslist] Need Brooklyn plumber

Hello Gothamites,

I am having some problems with a plumber our family hired to remediate
a violation in a Brooklyn building.

The plumber claims he finished the work, and we are not certain if it
has been completed. We need a licensed plumber to review the proposal
and the permit requirements to see this is so.

This is, of course, a paid consultation.
