[Fredslist] friend's daughter looking for nyc rental for 6 weeks in summer

Folks,

 

A friend's daughter is taking a class at HB Studios over the summer and is
looking for a short-term rental (roughly June 30th - Aug 18th).  Budget is
$3,000 range.

 

Does anybody have any recommendations?  (I'm aware of airbnb and
bridgesuites - thanks to Iman)
