[Fredslist] immigrant credit question

To whomever:

Please respond if you know the answer to this off the top of your head: An
old, close friend of mine will soon immigrate here from Slovenia. He has
excellent credit there (owns a business, a professional, etc.). But he
doesn't know how to establish credit here -- much less the score comparable
with the score he has in his home country: Can someone give me quick answer
to this?
