[Fredslist] speaker specific to PPACA Health Exchange from Insurance Carrier point of view

Local lawyers group is seeking a speaker specific to PPACA Health Exchange
from the Insurance Carrier view point. It is a CLE course. I'm assuming its
gratis but I don't know.

If you are interested and have the expertise contact me directly by email

insurance company  or government involved in the development and
