[Fredslist] Hot leads need to be responded quickly

Thank you Ester.  You have put words to my thoughts.  Many times I have
looked for someone and found the same thing.  It is amazing how many people
miss this opportunity.   Often I was frustrated and just stopped looking.
 I am embarrassed to say I did that but i did not have the time to put into
DEEP exploration.

Make it easy for people to find you and what you do.

It also serves as a reminder for me to update my profile.  Thanks for
taking the time to share.
