Hi Tribe,

I'm having a problem with Verizon, similar to the one I had a few years 
ago, when it took two years of phone calls to finally clear up the problem.


I'm being billed for early termination of a contract which the Verizon 
reps agree I shouldn't be charged for but I keep getting billed and now 
it's gone to a collection agency.

Any help would be appreciated.
