Maria Guida seeks a strong young man!   (I know I'm going to get lots of
comments on this.)

 

Hello Gotham-ites:

 

As many of you  know, I get back on stage to act every summer, and this
summer I will be playing Lady Bracknell in The Importance of Being Earnest,
by the great Oscar Wilde.  A hilarious play.

 

If any Gotham-ite has a son home from college or high school this summer who
loves the theater and would like to assist our stage manager, please do let
me know.  We are looking for a couple of strong young men who would be
willing to help move the stage set (some minor furniture) during our final
rehearsals and during our four-performance run.

 

Dates:

July 17 through 25; 6pm to 10pm (or as much as that period possible) and
during performances July 26 through 29; evenings and matinees.

 

Location:

NYU Tisch Shubert Theater at 721 Broadway at Waverly Place, East Village
