Hi Sherry,  

If any one is interested, I can send information about someone I know in
the Small Business Development area at Lockheed Martin/Con Ed.  He is a
great resource or can lead someone to C & I for the larger projects and
at least there is a person rather than just a number.  He is not a
member of Gotham currently, which is why I ask but I plan to invite to
our Commerce meeting in July.

There is a new sizable rebate available for Con Ed Commercial &
Industrial customers.  If you can take advantage of this great, if not,
pass perhaps you want to pass it along.

We generally agree that being the go to person for your clients or
friends brings you up several notches in their eyes.  Use this as an
additional opportunity to give free advice and share information.

Chiller Incentive Update!

Con Edison is pleased to announce a major enhancement to its Commercial
and Industrial (C&I) Energy Efficiency Incentive program: all future
chiller measures will be incentivized through the Electric Custom C&I
Program at an increased rate of $0.16/kWh saved.

This new chiller custom incentive rate will be available to program
participants effective immediately.

We encourage you to contact us early in the planning stages for your
chiller replacement projects - as with all C&I programs, applications
must be submitted before work has started on the project. Contact your
Energy Advisor today, or call 877-797-6347 to speak with a C&I team
member.
