        [ANNOUNCEMENT  It is no secret that there is an acute shortage of technical and useful information available to Not-For-Profits (NFPs) and NFP stakeholders in the unique area of NFP accounting, financial and reporting requirements that NFPs must follow.  As such, a new corporate entity has been formed called the Center for Not-For-Profit Accounting and Financial Management, The Center will be the only one of its kind solely dedicated to the much needed area of Not-For-Profit accounting, financial management and regulatory reporting.  The three major services/products that the organization will provide are:    à Training through seminars and webinars/webcasts to NFP management (e.g. Executive Directors, Board members), users of financial information (grantors, donors, vendors servicing NFPs) and accountants, bookkeepers and other NFP service providers.  à Integrated Website to provide a large amount of topical information to the general public on a current basis.   à Technical/training material to provide useful publications, checklists and forms.    Revenue will be generated through a combination of seminar fees, product sales and seminar and web sponsorships.    We are current seeking several individuals who will either invest their time (for qualified individuals) or funds in exchange for partial corporate ownership interest.  Qualified individuals must have sufficient experience working in or servicing the NFP community and will ideally possess one of the following skills: web development, marketing/promotion, technical writing and event planning.
