[Fredslist] Mortgage Refinancing Recommendations Requested

Looking to refinance under $150,000 (with no additional cash out) for 15
years - fixed rate.  We found a credit union with a rate of under 3% and
the closing costs seem pretty reasonable.  We live on Long Island and the
house is valued much more than the amount we are looking to refinance.  We
have excellent credit so if anyone has any advice, we would appreciate it.
We know we have to do something very soon as rates are rising.
