SoFl or the South Florida chapter of Gotham welcomes it's newest member  
Lisa Glassman.  Lisa is a true Gotham person and let me tell you why.
 
When I first met Lisa at the first new SoFl meeting we made a date for  
lunch.  At lunch she found out that I was new down in the area and asked me  
what I needed.  I told her that my husband is 95 years old and that leaving  
his doctor of 40 years was difficult for both him and me and that I really 
did  not feel secure with the doctor we were introduced to.  She said, "why  
don't you call my father in law Dr. Glassman who practices very close to  you 
and you might like."  So we started to go to her father in law and  I found 
him to be very compassionate, funny and a thoroughly good  family 
physician.  
 
Fast forward to last week on Monday when it seemed to me that something was 
 wrong with my husband.  No symptoms of anything...just not  himself.    So 
we called Dr. Glassman only to discover that he  was not in, but Lisa's 
brother in law, also a Doctor made a house call within  the hour and only 
minutes later we were in the emergency room of the  hospital....having been 
driven there by the way, by yet another new prospective  Gotham member (I'll 
write about him at a later time).  We spent three days  in the hospital 
recovering from pneumonia (would you believe he had to catch  that in Miami).
 
And that is how our newest member in South Florida saved my husband's  
life....welcome to Gotham, Lisa.  May we pay you back twofold.
 
Lisa is a lawyer, title agent and an all around great gal.  Use her  for 
anything real estate related you might have in the South Florida  area...
