Hot new opportunity for a Professional with Commercial NYC Real Estate experience, or a college graduate with a degree focused on business, economics or similar to be trained in order to develop the skills and knowledge for a career in Commercial Real Estate.  This is a key support position and reports to the Manager of Lease Administration.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess the following required degrees, certificate or competencies:

*         BS in Economics or Accounting with a strong record of academic achievement.

*         Up to 5 years of relevant experience or a commitment to being trained.

*         Superior skills and advanced knowledge/experience in Excel.

*         Displays service excellence in dealing with internal and external clients and partners

*         Ability to work independently

*         Proven ability to deliver results

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate core competencies in the following areas:


*         Reviews and abstracts data from leases

*         Ensure the following information is current, presented and maintained in an efficient manner: internal real estate management system, floor plans, deal flow,  operating expense reports, real estate tax Information, rent roll information

*         Draft correspondence related to tenant issues, (i.e., arrears, estoppels etc.)

*         Maintain and track insurance for tenants and vendors.

*         Coordinate with Finance/Accounting department to ensure that tenant allocations and charges are properly applied.  Interface with Finance/Accounting to ensure that information required for billing is correct and that relevant information from Commercial Finance/Accounting is communicated to upper management, as needed

*         Participate in presentations and preparation of responses to Requests for information and Proposals to prospective tenants

*         Assist with the implementation of systems, controls, policies and procedures related to lease administration and financial analysis

*         Assist with the development, maintenance and management of "Deal Flow" database
