[Fredslist] lawyer needed to set up a dental practice partnership agreement

I need the name of a lawyer who practices in Manhattan that can represent a
client of mine that is a dentist ,  buying into an exisitng practice in
Manhattan.  He needs to put into affect a partnership agreement and a
buy-sell agreement, which I will fund with insurance.
