[Fredslist] Electrician Recommendation Needed

Looking for an Electrician to do the following projects ASAP.  Know any reasonably priced reliable electricians?  Work is to be done in 2 apartments in east 60's and east 70's.


Apartment 1: 
Simple light/fan fixture replacement... with existing box, single switch with estimate on option to add dimmer/separate switch for fan and light.
Apartment 2:
Replace 4 light fixtures... existing box single switch... One fixture may need to be moved.
