Many, many thanks to Steve and Emilia Free (East End Group) and their company "The Bug Stops Here".  Within 2 hours of my placing a frantic call to their office for a family member, they were at the home taking care of business.  Their staff was professional and caring, and put everyone at ease.  I know it's difficult to talk about unwanted guests (not the in-law kind), but it's great to know that Steve and his company are there if you need them.
