Several years back when I got into the office coffee business I met
Ermalissa Jackson, she is one of the best, most organized office managers I
have ever met. She has been incredibly loyal to me and when I found out that
she got laid off last week I wanted to do anything I could to help her. If
you know anyone who need an office/ facilities manager Ermalissa is

 Here is a brief history of what Ermalissa did:

 

A brief history of my time at HealthEd:

I was hired in 2006 as Office Coordinator, basically a general admin, when
HealthEd was 40 people in one suite of 10,000 sf. We now occupy 35,000 sf
spread through five individual suites and had 160 employees at our peak. In
2009, I was promoted to Office Manager supervising and training all
administrative personnel. Early this year, I was promoted again to Director,
because HealthEd recognized my ability to strategically organize and manage
the work environment which includes facilities, groups, projects, safety,
wellness, procedures, and resources to support individual and organizational
peak performance.
 
I have personally managed 2 build outs and at least 9 employee relocation of
at least 25 employees each time. I managed directly or indirectly a team of
6 including administrative, IT, and custodial personnel. In addition, the
company's quick growth meant new policies and procedures needed to be
established and enforced, which I did with the administrative functions such
as front desk, shipping, catering, travel, record keeping, corporate event
planning, and so much more
