The deadline to submit for Film Festival III is August 1.  A couple of changes this year:

§  New venue: Mercy College (thanks to Victoria Roberts Drogin)

§  Longer films accepted:  up to 20 minutes

§  More awards

Non-Gotham submissions welcome.
