Manhattan real estate firm is looking to hire a General Counsel who will
also have some financing and corporate affairs responsibility.  They need a
minimum of 6 years experience dealing with retail leasing in both urban and
suburban markets.  Will also be involved with net leases.  Salary $120-150K.
