[Fredslist] Looking for Input on Online Recruitment Process Outsourcing Firms

Have any of you used an online Recruitment Process Outsourcing firm -- one
of the online employment agencies that recruit and qualify personnel?
Examples are theladders.com and bountyjobs.com. One of my clients --
technology company -- wants to use such a firm to hire mid-tier sales and
sales engineering people.  He is interested in quality of recruited
personnel and services provided.
