Dear Legal eagles of Gotham,
The phrase "reasonable" is used as a standard in healthcare laws. The
phrase reasonable doubt is used as a standard in criminal cases. Obviously
it'ss used as a standard in numerous registers and legal doctrines.
In legal terms and perhaps with examples, can anyone tell me what
"reasonable" means? I'd love to use it as part of a blog for
healthcareincompliance.com and I would be happy to quote anyone that wants
the attribution.
Warmest Regards
