Is there an organization like yours for claims for insurance companies
dragging their feet for property damage issues?  The  NY claim is from July
2012 water damage and still open as per my public adjuster's request.  They
sent me some money in March 2013, but I couldn't move forward since
questions needed to be answered.  It took months for them to answer the
question, brought in another company to do estimate for mold remediation and
repair, and there is further damage from roof now.  I filed a claim for roof
damage and ceiling damage and water onto carpets.   Reported it to insurance
company on june 10th.  Adjuster has been assigned, but heard nothing since.

 

I can't do anything in house until roof issue is dealt with.
