[Fredslist] Thank you, Raj!

I just got two incredibly nice and appreciative notes from a new client
and her advisor. Why? Because we sent them a small gift, to welcome the
client and thank the advisor. 

When we hired Raj as our IT provider, he recommended that we do this,
and it is amazing how something so simple (and inexpensive) has helped
us to continue to develop a warm, friendly relationship with our
clients.

This is just another example of how Raj goes above and beyond standard
IT services because he wants to see his clients and friends succeed. So
thank you AGAIN, Raj!

And by the way, I'm not going to reveal my secrets....if you want to
